I have filled out the iExplore questionnaire (attached) that I was sent, but wanted to personally thank you for the excellent job you did in planning our trip on such short notice.
The trip was fabulous and we had an excellent time. I have recommended your company to everyone who has inquired about our trip and for vacation planning in general.
We felt entirely comfortable from the moment we set foot in the crazy Cairo airport until the moment we left. Knowing what to expect every step of the way (thanks to your very detailed itinerary) was a blessing and enhanced our overall comfort and enjoyment.
We were "handled" expertly through all transportation, sites, and lodging.
The lodging was first rate and the itinerary met all of our expectations.
We do not feel that we missed seeing anything in Egypt. Special kudos to our Egyptologist, Lillian, the main coordinator Osama, and the two drivers (Mr. Abdullah and Tariq). Lillian knew exactly where to take us, what to see, and best of all, how to avoid the crowds! She was excellent and I highly recommend her for any further bookings you make in Egypt. Osama took care of our every need, was extremely prompt, and seemed genuinely concerned with our well-being. The drivers were just amazing - kept us safe in the midst of Cairo traffic. Cairo traffic cannot be described - it has to be experienced.
The only criticism I have with the trip has to do with the group tours we had on the cruise and availability of mineral water on cruise. There was a very large age and physical ability gap that tended to slow the group's progress. You might want to query your clients as to their age and level of fitness and tailor the groups towards like clients.
The cruise also charged us for all the water we ordered. It stated in the itinerary, "Mineral water, tea, and coffee are available with every meal." I pointed this out to the cruise directors and showed it to them in the itinerary, but they would not make any amends. We spent 60.03 Egyptian pounds ($10.96) on water that was unexpected.
Other than those two points, we could not find fault with any of our trip and would recommend it to anyone who asked.
